Mitchel Martin, Vice President
and co-founder of Rocky Mountain Improve Inc. has 25+ years of business process improvement and consulting experience - ranging from military projects, residential and commercial construction to economic forecasting and development, corporate manufacturing, telecommunications and banking operations.
After being bitten by the BPM "bug" over 20 years ago, Mitchel has been a leader for the cause of process improvement. Finding innovative ways to make businesses work better and over-achieve expectations has been the result - using many different BPM methodologies, Six Sigma for services, Lean for services and solid project management practices.
Working for and consulting with Fortune 500 companies has led to successes in all parts of the business continuum - including operations and finance, sales, service, logistics, business development, forecasting, budgeting, foreign exchange, manufacturing and information systems. These accomplishments have taken place around the world - North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand.
Writing and training is Mitchel's passion. His writing has appeared in corporate publications, Denver newspapers and national magazines and has trained business people around the globe. He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Rocky Mountain Publishing Professionals, and a Transactional Six Sigma Black Belt.
